Our Learn to Skate program is a short 10 lesson set that provides beginning skaters with a basic introduction to skating and establishes the foundation skills for skating.  Participants do not need to use speed skates--hockey and figure skates are just fine.

The Fall Learn to Skate Session runs on:

Tuesdays - Oct 6, 13, 20, 27, Nov. 3 from 6:15 - 6:45 pm

Sundays - Oct. 4, 11, 18, Nov. 1, 8 from 3:15 - 3:45 pm

Skaters are required to wear protective helmets and gloves at all times while on the ice.

NOTE: Due to limits imposed by the Saskatchewan Health Authority regarding COVID-19 restrictions, the number of skaters for this program will be capped at 25 so register as soon as possible to secure a spot for your skater(s).

Skaters must be able to skate forward and get up on their own for this program in order to minimize contact with Coaches and helpers.

To comply with existing COVID-19 SHA Guidelines, the following protocols must be adhered to:

- No spectators allowed

- Only one parent/guardian may enter with the skater to tie skates but must then leave the facility

- It is recommended that all skaters arrive at the rink dressed with their skates on, if possible

- follow all social distancing guidelines and proper hygiene at all times
